1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nextspin ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the nextspin website located at https://nextspin.lat and all associated gaming services. 3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on nextspin. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you agree to:

nextspin will never contact you to request your password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on nextspin are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

9. Account Suspension & Closure

nextspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or on their behalf.
• Legal or regulatory obligations requiring the Platform to restrict access.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations forfeit all balances.

10. Intellectual Property
